Return & Exchange Policy


Returns:

We accept returned items in their original condition in the original shoe box within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of receipt and confirmed by e-mail.  We cannot refund shipping costs.

Complete the Return Form (on the back of your invoice) and include with your shipment using any carrier. Insure your package against loss and obtain a tracking number. All carriers occasionally lose a package. We are not responsible for a package you ship to us which gets lost in the mail.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are usually processed within one business day of our receiving your return.  For the first exchange, we are happy to pay the postage to send the new pair to you.  

To receive your new order more quickly we recommend that you place a new order online immediately and return the original order for a refund.  


Outside the USA:

Our International customers pay all shipping costs. We note on the customs form that this is an exchange pair showing that a customs fee has already been paid.  Please check with your local government office for information regarding import duty or taxes.  These fees very from country to country and can change at any time.
