Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  We gladly process returns & exchanges quickly.  Shoes should be returned in the original box in like new condition. Non-shoe items must be in original condition if returned.

Any shoes sent back to us should be shipped using a TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURED AGAINST LOSS.  All carriers occasionally lose a package. We are not responsible for a package you ship to us which gets lost in the mail.

Exchanges are usually processed within 24 hours of our receiving the returned items, excluding the weekend.  Refunds are processed within 2-5 days and you will receive a copy of the credit slip in the mail or by e-mail.  We cannot refund shipping costs.

Within the USA:

EXCHANGESSimply fill out the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM on the back of your sales invoice. Please pay to ship your shoes back to us (using any carrier).   For the first exchange, we are happy to pay the postage to send the new pair to you. 

REORDER, THEN RETURN FIRST PAIR - If you order a new pair before returning the first pair it is treated like a new order and shipping will be charged.  When you return the first pair we will give you a refund for the price of the shoes.

Outside the USA:

Our foreign customers pay all shipping costs. We note on the customs form that this is an exchange pair showing that customs have already been paid.  Please check with your local government office for information regarding import duty or taxes.  These fees very from country to country.
