Returns & Exchanges
We gladly process returns & exchanges quickly. Shoes returned MUST HAVE NO CREASES in the leather uppers & the soles should be clean. Exchanges are usually processed by the next business day after we receive the returned items. Refunds are processed within 5 days and you will receive a copy of the credit slip in the mail. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please complete your 'Return & Exchange Form' so your order is not delayed.
Within the USA: Simply fill out the EXCHANGE FORM on the back of your sales receipt. Please mail your package in a prepaid, INSURED, traceable method to: Organmaster Shoes, 44 Montague City Rd., Greenfield, MA 01301 U.S.A. We will pay the postage to send the new pair to you. If you order a new pair before returning the first pair it is treated like a new order and shipping will be charged.
Outside the USA: Our foreign customers are required to pay all shipping costs and any customs fees charged by their post office/government.
