FAQ Page
Can I wear my organ shoes outside?
No. The special suede soles on your organ shoes will last much longer if you don't expose them to the elements.

How do I determine my organ shoes size?
Your usual dress shoe size should fit. Please remember that your size in sneakers, walking shoes and boots is probably larger than your dress shoe size. If you are uncertain what to order, mail us a foot tracing and say what sizes you usually wear. We will try to estimate your size for you.

How do I clean the soles on my organ shoes?
Brush the bottoms of your organ shoes with a steel wire brush. This will scrub out any grit and refresh the suede leather soles. Never use any liquid on the suede soles.

Should I order my organ shoes in a smaller size for a closer fit for pedaling?
No. Wearing shoes that are too small can permanently damage your feet.

Can I add height to the heel?
Yes. Take your shoes to a local cobbler to have the heel stacked. Make certain the final layer added to the heel is the suede leather piece. However, we do not recommend a shorter heel for toe-heel technique as you need the height to protect against muscle strain when heeling down.
